  • I can not remember my LOGON I.D.?
    Call Alliance Bank Customer Care and be prepared to answer some security questions.
    We can assist you over the phone
    or in person. 1-877-903-BANK (2265)

  • I forgot my password?
    Call Alliance Bank Customer Care and be prepared to answer some security questions.  The Customer Care Center will reset your password. 

  • The computer says my access has been revoked?
    This occurs when the number of password tries has been exceeded. Contact Alliance Bank Customer Care to get your password reset.

  • I need to add an additional account to my online access?
    LOGON and click "Contact Us" to send us a secure message.  Indicate the account number you would like to access online and what type of account it is.  We will verify the signature card and activate the account.
